Most people are "hot" about fixing healthcare because they wanted reforms to the system that would bring down costs. Instead they got Obamacare which will increase the cost of healthcare while lowering the quality of the care we receive.

That will lower healthcare costs rather quickly to what people can actually afford. If there is more demand then there is services then its time for investors to build more hospitals. This stuff is not rocket science, it just gets complicated when government starts throwing money at problems.

Tort is part of why the cost in health care is so high. When you have to do continual unnecessary tests to cover the possible law suits and the cost of the insurance that the Dr.'s have to pay. This is why so many Dr.s got out of being General Practitioners and went into specialty's.

Tort is part of why the cost in health care is so high. When you have to do continual unnecessary tests to cover the possible law suits and the cost of the insurance that the Dr.'s have to pay. This is why so many Dr.s got out of being General Practitioners and went into specialty's.

So instead of liability waivers (a simple signature of consumers when they arrive for services) you advocate a federal mandate and special privileges for certain individuals that gives them freedom from restitution and nullifys any consequences for substandard services or blunders.

Im sorry but in a free country the population has the right to due process. If we are wronged we have the right for a jury of our peers to sort out the mess, not for government mandate. Do you even like freedom??

This idea that we can solve the burocracy with more burocracy must come to an end. People demand freedom and we will get it. Its the hospitals choice not to have liability waivers and cheaper prices. Its the consumers choice to pay more for guarantee's. It most certianly is not the governments role to decide matters of civil nature via blanket mandate. This is the kind of shit a ******* king would decree.

Nothing will get better untill things get worse enough for average people to start paying attention, educating themselves, using critical thinking skills, and taking an active role in democracy.
