You might notice that the video doesn't support your thesis and in two of the five cases black jurors hung the jury. The educators weren't excluded because of their race, but of their occupation. The appellate court would have to accept that the defense could prove that both the prosecution and judge were lying about the cause of their exclusion to grant a retrial. Even if Anthony were retried, the evidence is so strong he would be convicted again unless a black juror managed to lie his/her way onto the jury and hang it. There are videos of prominent Blacks advising other Blacks to lie in voir dire about their prejudices in order to get on juries to hang them and prevent Black defendants from being convicted for crimes they committed.

This is true. Their only hope is to sneak a black who has FALSELY promised to be objective onto a jury… but is determined to refuse to convict.

I'm white. I'd vote against murder. (I'd vote for negligent manslaughter, which is what should have been offered).

But you are much as admitting blacks would see the same evidence and acquit, so that's why they should be excluded.

Not that blacks see these things differently than white folks do.

If you bother to watch ANY of the videos of the crowds outside the courthouse or the black commentators, you'd see that many, if not a majority, of Blacks see things exactly that way. They WILL NOT convict a black and send him to jail or prison. One Black person on the jury hiding that attitude makes a mockery of the justice system and the trial.

Stabbing someone with a hidden knife is not negligence, it's intentional. It's not first-degree homicide because there was no premeditation to murder, but it is still murder.

NO, what made a mockery was excluding blacks because they might give this kid a fair hearing.

If the evidence was as good as you say it was, they shouldn't have had a problem convincing a black person to go for the top count.

But. It really wasn't. if black folks were willing to let him off, it's because they've watched so many white people get a walk for far worse crimes against them.
