Where are you going to find a county in the USA where an all-black jury could be convened? Hand-picking juries is illegal and wasn’t even done in the Jim Crow South.

Who are his peers? There wasn't any black folks and hispanics and Asians will always go against black folks.

So EVERY other race is conspiring against Blacks. I don’t believe that for a second, and if it were true, it would really cast Blacks in a bad light.
