Well of course racist think he had a fair trial.

He did have a fair trial. He had a lawyer chosen by his family; he had an impartial jury and an impartial judge. Nothing anywhere in the law says that a jury has to be racially balanced. If that were a fact, a lot more black criminals would be in jail because White, Latino and Asian jurors have no problem staying impartial and eliminating race as factor of their deliberations. That is different from many blacks who openly admit they wouldn't put a "brother or sister" in jail regardless of guilt, there was one black male juror in the Anthny jury pool who admitted that and was excused for cause.
