This whole thing seems pretty stupid. Wouldn't most people just ignore someone standing on the street bugging them to sign something? From what I've observed over the years, most people don't care enough about such things to even break stride and find out what it's about.

And assuming a person did stop long enough to find out what it's about, what's stopping them from just walking away and carrying on with their day? In other words, how would a person standing outside holding a clipboard and asking people to sign a silly pledge ever know who you are in order to dox you if you don't tell them in the first place?

I suspect this was just a one-off conflict between busy-body attention whores that made for a juicy story. The pledge is asinine, and the threat of reprisal is totally impotent unless someone invites it by playing along. There are always going to be nutcases with all sorts of loony petitions/surveys/pledges. Best advice is to ignore crazy people and just move along.

Students work had to get good grades and high SAT scores to admitted to good universities.
These schools discriminate based on grades, not race.

Maybe their evolution ended too early and they are simply incapable of learning and excelling as others do in an advanced society. With hard work and effort, most members of other ethnic groups seem to do very well in our country.
