You question implies a closed system in which all black on black crime results only with criminals being victims of criminals. This is not the case.

I think our President is fundamentally a corporatist who is trying to restore a troubled economy.....as he should.

The black on black crime rate is really of no genuine concern to Americas majority....nor should it be.

Truth be told, it may even be a subconscious collective wish that "the blacks extinguish themselves".

There are certainly numerous posts on a daily basis in this forum that support such sentiments.

The people who are directly impacted by the black on black crime are responsible for stopping it.
