Things like CRT are designed to destroy idols and break cultures down so that they can be rebuilt in a new image. This is part of a much greater Socialist dialectic which requires that societies constantly remain in a state flux until perfect Socialism is achieved. To do this cultural groups, social strata, social norms, language, class, customs must all be deconstructed. One of the methods for this deconstruction is CRT. However CRT is only one method of many currently being implemented.
Mao preached this during his Cultural Revolution. Grabbing the minds of the youth, molding them early is key. The only difference being class, and not race during that revolution.

The same thing happened in Yugoslavia in the 90's with the exception that they are all white there so they were divided not by class or race but, by religion.
