.....I was stopped doing 65 in a 65 zone --he stopped me because I was in the left/passing lane

It seems the goal is to turn a simple traffic stop into a search.

But it is a Speed LIMIT. You are not supposed to go over that speed

I was stoped for doing 65 in a 65 zone
I was stopped for walking to work--Twice

Drivers need to just offer documentation and then refuse to answer any unrelated questions

Quickly ask.....Am I being detained?
Am I free to go?

If no.......then why am I being detained?
Ummm....because you were driving five miles under the speed limit.
