Ms. Simmons paused to highlight what she said was her husband's generous spirit. "Tell them who's on your yacht this weekend! Tell him!"


Over Mr. Conklin's objections, Ms. Simmons disclosed that a major executive from Miramax was on Mr. Conklin's 75-foot yacht, because, she said, there were no rooms left at the hotel.

There's really no comparison.

Mittens is the wealthiest man ever to run for president of the US but that really isn't the point. It really is not all that important.

President Obama is wealthy too. The differences are way too many to list but his finances are right out there in the open for all of us to see. Obama doesn't hide his money in off shore accounts and then refuse to disclose the facts of it. Obama has repeatedly said, and as recently as this morning, that people like him, with his wealth, should pay his fair share.

The wealth of the right and left are very different.

Obama, Gates, Soros, Buffet - all EARNED their money.

Mittens, Trump, Kochs, the Walton family - the daddy that Mittens said we should ask for money from, that's where they got their start.

If President Obama hid his money in foreign countries, if he invested his money in foreign countries, the right would never shut up about it and that is as it should be. As it is, they just keep whining about, of all things, university grades.

Pretty damn lame but very typical coming from the folx who say jobs come from the 2% while denying that the 2% hasn't produced any jobs!
