Birthright Citizenship…Arguments to begin this week at the Supreme Court.

The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.’ That means ‘subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.’ What do we mean by ‘complete jurisdiction thereof?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means.

You do know that means thousand of Jews would lose their citizenship. As they are citizens of both the US and Israel. And as you said, if they owe allegiance to anybody else, they aren't eligible for birthright citizenship.
What it means is that babies born with parents of foreign countries are citizens of those countries. Glad you finally understand.

any babies born by parents without US birth certificate are subject to the country of the parents. And that is what it means. They are not subjects of the US.
Also the parents with a us birth certificate, the certificate is invalid because they owed allegiance to another country. Such as anyone with duel citizenship, like Elon Musk.

there weren't any illegal slaves, it was explained to you in the thread. You're welcome.
Yes there were. Any slave brought into the country after 1807 was here ILLEGALLY.

on March 2nd, 1807, the U.S. Congress ratified “An Act Prohibiting Importation of Slaves.” This pre-emptive law simply states that the importation of any person for the purposes of slavery shall become illegal on the first day of January, 1808, and thereafter,

They must be a citizen who's allegiance are to the US. It says that.

ok, now what? you going to round up them up? This will be interesting.

There will be thousands of Jews happy to learn they are no longer US citizens, and can no longer vote, own guns, or be elected to political office.

I have no idea, go figure it out. Come back and let's see your list.

They must be a citizen who's allegiance are to the US. It says that.
But your citation also said, if they had allegiance to any other country, they weren't eligible under the 14th amendment.

Like Elon Musk being a citizen of Canada.

correct, if they have allegiance to another country. I didn't stutter.

Any black person who couldn't certify his ancestors were legally imported would get deported to Africa.

Sounds like a MAGA intention.

go for it, I totally don't give a rats ass. The point of this is to shut it down to what the meaning is. You stepped off the bough.

Anyone with dual citizenship owes allegiance to another country, and isn't entitled to the 14th amendment by your cite.

Which would include This guy.

Elon Musk has not relinquished his South African citizenship. He retains South African citizenship

post him decrying allegiance to any other country.

I'm just showing what the consequences of your definition are.
That people with dual citizenship would not be entitled to the 14th amendment.

But that's not what the USSC decided

The United States v. Wong Kim Ark case, a landmark 1898 Supreme Court decision, established the precedent for birthright citizenship in the United States, guaranteeing citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil, regardless of their parents' citizenship status.

post him decrying allegiance to any other country.

Sources suggest that Elon Musk has influenced the Trump administration's decision to consider granting refugee status to Afrikaners from South Africa.
