Birthright Citizenship…Arguments to begin this week at the Supreme Court.

The founders were familiar with ships.

Babies are born, not "squeezed out."
Ships took months and MANY people died. Trips across the ocean were not done for pleasure. It was dangerous. There wasnt a wave of chinese people coming over at 9 months pregnant just to get their kids citizenship, then go right back to China. There also wasnt a welfare system that millions of people were exploiting as soon as they got here.

What violation did the unborn child commit? You know, as of right now YOU are only a US citizen because you were born here too.
I was born here to two US citizens who were not eligible to be deported minutes or hours before my birth. The only thing you’re basing citizenship on is timing. That child not born here wouldn’t be a US citizen. On the other hand if two US citizens gave birth to a child in Mexico, the child would still be a citizen of the US. Why isn’t the Mexican couple here giving birth to a Mexican citizen?

It’s an amazing thing to watch democrats go all in for illegals and anchor babies in an attempt to keep political power. They know as well as we do they can’t get that power with actual citizens.

True, enough. But I have studied SCOTUS decisions for many years.
Then you should realize this whole issue isn't solely based in the 14th amendment, only an interpretation of the wording in 1898 which may or may not be correct....and then, there wasn't an amendment correcting what the courts claimed, only their interpretation.

I fully expect Roberts and Barrett to side with the three libs. Likely gonna keep the status quo because they don’t want to have that big of a change attached to their names. I personally don’t agree with any country giving birth citizenship with both parents not being citizens, especially here. The anchor baby crap has gotten ridiculous. I just don’t see them making the change.

Sadly our SCOTUS has been pussified on immigration for decades…they kick the can and fuck Americans over just like Congress does.

Just as the Supreme Court did not forbid Biden from paying off student loans, this court case will not eliminate birthright citizenship. From what I read, what's up for discussion is whether one U.S. District judge's ruling should be applied nationwide.

SUPREME COURT TO FINALLY HEAR ARGUMENTS ON THE ANCHOR BABY SCOURGE

If SCOTUS rules for good real core Americans should we be ready for cities to burn down? What if the ruling is retroactive? What if we have to send home all with an illegal lineage? How will people prove their legal lineage?

If birth right citizenship is not maintained, then the only citizens would be Native Americans, since none of the European colonists offspring would then ever be legal citizens

Birthright citizenship is essential to all of us of European ancestry.

America was founded in 1776…You didn’t know that?
