Most nations in Latin America are higher than USA with Mexico at 17

Most nations in Asia are higher than USA except China and Japan
The CCP has been legally limiting births. Japan is 80% of ours.

Not trying to curb the population explosion in Africa is totally inhumane. Dirt poor people should not be having 3 or 4 kids per family. That is insane and cruel.

Irresponsible behavior isn't limited to Africans.

A black (American) woman interviewed on TV a couple of days ago was all smiles as she said she has EIGHT ******* kids.

You know damned well she is not supporting them. Welfare is a career for some people.

Very true but the difference is, she knows that her welfare check increases with each child so they won't starve to death like little African kids often do.
