Billy the Bagman's duplicity has convinced Trump supporters, but will it convinced the judge?

You mean the doctored and revised 302 has been available for a year.
Liar.

Flak designed to obscure the truth.
Totally.

And "we didn't have the documents" is not an excuse for a Brady violation.

The handwritten notes showing intent to entrap, casts serious doubt on the prosecution's case and were not made available by the prosecution, which they acknowledge was misconduct.

What else? "Russia, Russia, Russia". They're obsessed with it. I
Uh ..hey genius...you are talking about impeachment. The last impeachment was not about russia. So..."what else?"...uh...you cant remember events from just last winter?

They said they’d be unable to prove the case.
Attorney General William Barr was clear in an interview with CBS News on Thursday evening: "People sometimes plead to things that turn out not to be crimes, and the Department of Justice is not persuaded that this was material to any legitimate counterintelligence investigation. So it was not a crime."
Yes, that's the opinion on one side of the argument. On the other side will be the arguments of the friend of the court. Thanks for trying to take us all back to square one, but we all get it already.

Flynn could have dashed that plan by not lying.
He did not lie and FBI said so at time; then TDS bigot Comey took over case and decided it was a lie and Flynn's life should be ruined and used to prove Russian TDS collusion. Why would he lie about discouraging Russia from attacking us?????And why would he lie knowing the FBI knew the truth??????? Isn't thinking fun??? See why we say liberalism is based in pure ignornance??

What arguments?? Can you think of just one argument. Scummy liberals want Flynn ever after Russian collusion investigation proved their total TDS as if destroying a life somehow means they are not total losers!! See why Trump says scum?

See, to normal, sane people, the fact that they didn't try to use "Russia, Russia, Russia" in the last impeachment attempt would tell you that it's a non-starter, a dead end. But these are democrats we're talking about. When smart people lose on something, they step back, look at what they did wrong, and figure out how to avoid that mistake in the future. When democrats, OTOH, lose, they reach further back into their playbook and pull out the weaker idea that they rejected the first time and plow forward with that, thinking that they just need to be louder and do stupider stuff to get attention. Then they'll win for sure. This is playing out in the election, which they lost the last go around with a truly terrible candidate, so being democrats, they reached further back and pulled out an even worse one.

That’s not exactly how their motion to dismiss put it.

I think the vicious attacks on Trump are based on 3 things:

1) liberals figure he is very vulnerable based on character, intelligence, and management skill,

2) liberals are bigots who hate Trump and others who are not sweet and cuddly like they are, except when they are displaying their bigotry toward Trump.

3) Liberals would rather talk about anything other than their political programs which includes the Green New Deal Second Great Depression and Communist Revolution, open borders, free health care for entire world, love of China, continued war on family, schools, religion, and jobs.

Do you understand now??

"but “materially” false with respect to a matter underinvestigation. 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2

But to geniuses like you, dreaming up a scenario that hasn't happened yet, you are saying "i told you so" in a future fantasy. How freaking bizarre.

He did not lie and FBI said so at time
Well that's a lie right there. Sorry liar, i ignored the rest.
FBI agents wrote that he had a “sure demeanor” and “did not give any indication of deception” in a report they prepared after questioning him about the nature of his conversations with then-Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

In other words, you lied.

can the liberal tell us the lie , and why he feels it's a lie?????????
I did, and then you showed us why. Well that was easy.
why is the liberal so afraid to tell us the lie , and why he feels it's a lie????
If the liberal had a lie he'd love to post it over and over and over again!!
A liberal does not think in terms of winning a debate. For a liberal, deflecting and not getting crushed is the closest thing to a victory he will ever know. Sad!!
