Surely you don't compare the equivalency of criminal activity from a citizen who was born and legally lives in the U.S to someone who is illegally in the country in the first place? In the first instance, he's a criminal POS because there is nothing anyone can do about someones birth right, in the second instance those protecting and giving them "sanctuary" are the POS because they allowed them to remain the country so they could engage in such heinous crimes.

Enter a country lawfully and legally or you should be sent home and barred for life.
