According to the news he has been complaining about chest pains for a few days now, he is undergoing bypass surgery. Being he is fairly young and in supposed good shape I think he will do just fine.

I heard just a few minutes ago that Hilary and Chelsea are on their way to the hospital now. She might have just been waiting to go with their daughter so Chelsea wouldn't have to brave the reporters and such alone.
