He set the bar so low for personal character and ethics that we are still dealing with its effects. Al Gore tried to cherry pick the 1980 election in Florida, Barack Obama convinced people to accept a nearly complete coverup of his past, and Hillary Clinton may be elected as the most corrupt Presidential candidate in our history.

Hopefully, there is no way left to go but up.

Actually, no president compromised the security of the United Sates more than Clintons...not even FDR or Truman. They opened up the patent office to the Chi-coms and the biggest scandal of all was Chinagate. Politicians from both political parties would have swung from the end of a rope had all the details been revealed. If the American people only knew had badly they had been sold down the river, thee woud be a march on D.C with pitchforks and torches.

The "effectiveness" of the Clinton administration is a freaking myth that only persists because the liberal media's ongoing fiction. The first attack on the World Trade Center happened on Clinton's watch and he practically dismissed it as a "stupid act by stupid people" while the 9-11 planners were going to freaking flight school. The modern fiction that "everyone should be able to achieve the American dream of owning a home" regardless of their ability to pay the mortgage created the Fannie Mae melt down. Clinton's peculiar inept A.G. sanctioned the use of military tanks and poison gas on a quirky cult in Waco, Tx. and eighty men women and children died on the conflagration. You almost have to gasp that the media supported Clinton's air war over defenseless Yugoslavia when he was caught with his freaking pants down. ENRON flurished under the criminal Clinton regime and the "Dot-Com" bubble was about to collapse. Bubba Bill pardoned the most notorious corporate criminal in history while he was on the FBI's 10 most wanted list. Coincidentally it seems that the wife of the former 10 most wanted criminal suddenly had the urge to donate a million dollars to the Clinton library.
