WASHINGTON — The American military is warning that China is probably accelerating its timetable for capturing control of Taiwan, the island democracy that has been the chief source of tension between Washington and Beijing for decades and is widely seen as the most likely trigger for a potentially catastrophic U.S.-China war.”

Let’s jump to Putin’s Russia — maybe a more immediate concern.

Russia is definitely massing force on the eastern border of Ukraine. No doubt about it. The thing that really bothers me — the Russians were doing war maneuvers in Belarus (the west) maybe two years ago — and our intelligence picked up the fact that those 10,000 participants left behind enough equipment for 100,000 soldiers. Really. Why?

Now — Gary Kasparov — super genius and ex-USSR chess master — is very clear about what we need to do right now. I do, and you may want to read his twitter feed. He is very direct about what we need to do right now. Here is a good quote summarizing his point of view —

Kasparov is right. Biden is going to have to make some very bold moves, that will make anything that has happened in the middle east look like a playground fight.

Biden has his #1 best girl on the Russia problem, don't worry!

This is happening because of Biden. Putin, Xi, and the little fat man in North Korea are laughing at Biden for whom they have no respect.

They have even less respect for the POTUS in waiting, Commie-la (people think they are impressed that she is a female and one of Jamaican-Indian heritage? They ain't playing that foolish game).

Putin has the backing of the Russian people no matter what he does.
Ukraine is in Russia's backyard, so I fail to see why it's any concern of the U.S.

Do we really want to go to war with China over the tiny island of Taiwan?
Seems idiotic to me if we did. ....

I wouldn't be surprised if China and Russia run coordinated invasions of Taiwan and Ukraine.

Let it be known, I publicly warned of this danger if Trump lost. Trump is the Wild Card that nobody wanted to play poker with. Chinas economy was going off the rails and they wouldn't expand and go to war unless they are in a superior position. Remember the massive sell off of the yuan when it looked like Trump was going to run the table on election night? I saw it live on Fox, Trumps win would ensure a decoupling and big drop in the Communists economy.

After the Wuhan Virus, walking into HK and Trumps loss, China received the message they wanted to hear "the West continues to be subservient to us and their businesses and media drool over what they believe will be access to a massive market and large earnings."

Whomever you choose to lead your nation is your own decision, I have little doubt that Trump scared the hell out of the Communists though. There was no response to him, as he called them out, labelled the "China Virus", called out their abuses against the U.S economy and industries and other language that insulted Xi. THAT is how you deal with a bully. You send in your own who doesn't give a damn and caused them to lose face in the eyes of their own citizens.

Yes, Trump was not diplomatic, but, it was this bull in a China Shop that created obvious discomfort by China, Iran, N Korea and Russia.

You think Beijing Biden, who was elected by China, you really think Biden and his thugs on this Administration, will go to war with China???

It's like biting the hand that feeds you, so to speak.... it's not done my friends. :dunno:

I can be wrong, but that's my opinion.

You may be right. But we at times stop backing people we promised otherwise. Perhaps we get Cuba back or other considerations. China seems determined to expand its influence in the South East Asia region. That area has great economic potential.

China owns the Biden Administration, I can hardly see a war with China.

Russia on the other hand.....you remember how the Clinton witch was always dreaming of having her war with Russia? Well, may be her dreams will become true now.

The Rats are evil and despicable, the Rats love wars.

Nobody wants to mess with the us. We have the greatest fighting force on the planet. Nobody has our dedication. It is unrivaled.

If going to war is bad for America and Americans, Democrats will support it.

If there is any doubt in anybody's mind how close is the Beijing Biden Administration with China....look...

China has once again beat the US into submission.

So.... Biden starting a war with his good friend Xi? Pleasssssssse...... pleasssssssssse.

State Department Backs Off US Boycotting Beijing Winter Olympics as China Threatens “Robust Response”

WASHINGTON — The American military is warning that China is probably accelerating its timetable for capturing control of Taiwan

I've said before this is a matter of when, not if

When it happens it could trigger World War III and expect India, Australia, South Korea and Japan to jump in and try to save Taiwan...

Best thing the U.S. can do is destabilize China and cause them to have unrest in the Muslim regions, and cause Hong Kong to erupt which will keep China busy for a short period...
