Bidens "polls" on the rise?? Seriously??​

What could Biddum do worth getting any positive polling data, much less on the rise? Really? Then we are to believe that either:

1. People in America have totally lost it now and their brains have all turned to gelatin.
2. Polling data is meaningless and routinely manipulated and fudged to suit the need.

Which obviously leads to the conclusion that our elections when they matter enough to some hidden, shadow government, are simply overridden and manipulated to the desired outcome regardless of how people really feel.
