Possibly they do...however they are less likely to spread.So mutations don't develop among the vaccinated?
Do tell. Why is that?
Vaccination reduces the probability of infection, mutation, spread.
Add all those reduced probabilities together and you've reduced the possibility that that the mutation will survive and spread.
It's not hard.
