Elections in the US are not about getting the best person in, it's about keeping the worst person out. The last election tens of millions of people voted on emotion instead of pragmatism, and that's how we ended up with a misfit like Biden. People loved DumBama personally, but hated his policies which is how he won a second term but took a huge loss of the Congress.

We all knew what Dementia was all about. He expressed his desire to disarm Americans, attack fossil fuels, and be a welcoming figure to illegals entering our country. The goal was (or should have been) to keep this guy as far from the White House as possible. We failed, and now we are paying dearly for our mistake.

GDP is not shrinking as it went from -1.6% first QTR to -0.6% second QTR which is an improvement. Also most economists predict a positive number 3RD QTR.
