"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

Your idiotic question was answered. Your question was as idiotic as asking, if your Aunt had balls would she be your Uncle?

Nope, never answered. No worries, everyone here knows exactly why you wouldn't answer AND why you lie, falsely claiming you did answer.

:itsok:

Biden's friend from Delaware Chris Coons says the difference is that Biden consented to searches by the FBI while Trump didn't, this issue "doesn't keep Americans up at night", and that the important thing is that Biden didn't know about the documents. Raddatz really presses him on his BS here

Coons is a lying POS....

"On June 3, the FBI visited Mar-a-Lago to retrieve the requested documents in the subpoena, which Trump complied with, the source told Fox News.

Those investigators toured the area of the Florida resort where some documents were stored, then briefly viewed and took custody of a small amount of potentially sensitive material. Separate sources told Fox News that federal investigators had spoken with at least one person who relayed the possibility of more sensitive national security material in that storage room and other areas of the property.

FBI officials, that day, asked to see a storage facility where the records were located. The FBI asked that staff put a lock on the storage room, which they later did.

This source said Trump and his staff were, and are, committed to being in compliance with the Presidential Records Act, which requires presidential administrations to preserve certain documents.

The source questioned whether the federal magistrate judge who signed off on the warrant for the FBI's raid of Mar-a-Lago on Monday was aware of Trump's "past compliance with the subpoena," adding that, if the FBI was looking for additional documents, another subpoena could have been issued, as Trump and his team were "cooperative" and turned over documents and records responsive to the subpoena issued in the spring."

So, one has to ask, why didn't the FBI at the residence take the documents they found instead of just asking them to lock it up, and later raid the house with media in tow....?

It was a weaponized FBI, and DoJ setting up Trump...And liberal progressives all too eagerly eat up their narratives like Cap'n Crunch.....

With the latest discovery, there is no real question that the Biden documents were grossly mishandled. There only remains who was responsible. However, the discovery of documents at yet another location used by the President is crushing for his defense team.

It’s not 6 classified dox. Awkwardly worded statement by Biden team (ie, spin as favorable to Biden as possible) was ā€˜6 items consisting of documents with classification markings.’ We don’t know what they mean by ā€˜item’ (box? envelope?) nor how many classified dox in each ā€˜item’.

So you are going with Veggie Joe’s brain is mush and he doesn’t remember stealing these top secret documents.
Was Biden’s brains mush when he stole the documents?

I worked with classified documents for years and I knew they were supposed to stay in secure areas. You don’t take them home to store with other books and magazines in your locked garage by your Corvette.

Do all Senators steal classified information? Perhaps Joe stealing some is normal. Every Senator has at least a few classified documents laying around his house and offices.

We need an investigation.

It's being investigated.

It's being investigated.
The nest question is if the DOJ and FBI are now politicized and any investigations they conduct of Joe Biden will be whitewashes.

So even getting what you wanted still isn't good enough for you. :icon_rolleyes:

What I want…

1) The law is enforced fairly and equally with no political bias.

2)There is only one rule of law and nobody is above it. Rich people are treated the same as poor people, politicians are treated the same as peons. Blacks and Hispanics are treated the same as Whites under the legal system and skin color is irrelevant.

If I will be fined and sent to prison for negligently handling classified information as a member of the Air Force so will Hillary, Trump or Joe Biden If they are caught negligently mishandling classified data.

*****************

I realize those two items have never been achieved in this nation and are a just pipe dream. However I feel we can come a lot closer to achieving those goals with a little effort. We should not look like a banana republic.

For example if you raid Trump’s Mar-a-Lago to find classified data with a heavily armed team of FBI agents — you do the same to Joe Biden’s residences when you are looking for classified data. You don’t allow Joe Biden’s personal attorneys (who likely lack proper security clearances) to do your search as they may destroy the really important evidence to protect Joe.

Joe Biden is not automatically better than Donald Trump merely because he has been a Swamp critter for decades and decades and Trump is a Washington D.C. outsider. Nor is Joe automatically a better person because he is a Democrat and not a member of the Republican Party.

That's just stupid. You don't want fairness, you want tit-for-tat. Trump was raided so you want Biden raided. Forget that the circumstances are different. Just raid, baby! Raid!!!

:cuckoo:

So you are perfectly OK with documents being uncovered by Joe’s lawyers who most likely lack the high clearance level and the ā€œneed to knowā€ to view the information contained in those classified documents. What’s to say that those lawyers will not destroy evidence to protect Joe or sell it to some foreign nation for a nice profit? If they had a clearance that might not happen but a high level clearance takes time.

Yes, if it is necessary for the FBI to raid Trump’s home to find classified information he illegally took, it should be necessary to raid Biden’s home. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. The FBI shouldn’t look at Tump as a Washington D.C. outsider who is hated by the establishment and go after him with gusto while treating Joe as an establishment nice guy who is a well know Democrat who can do no wrong.

Now we find Joe has classified information he acquired while a Senator. How did he do that? He was supposed to view that information in a secure room and leave it IN THAT ROOM. What the hell was he doing with that information in his home? His coke addicted kid, Hunter, could have been selling that information to the Russians and the Chinese for cash to buy drugs and prostitutes.

I worked with classified information daily for almost half a century before I retired. I sure as hell never took it home with me to show my wife or daughter. In the Air Force I worked on a program and couldn’t tell my wife what the mission of that program was. (She found out at a hair dressers anyway.)

Little peons like me follow the law to the letter and if we don’t we pay a high price. Politicians like Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton are above the law and treat the rules on handling classified information like they are just chickenshit.
