Constitution requires probable cause to get a search warrant. Probable cause requires specific facts that evidence of a crime exists at the location to be searched.

Seriously? The classified Obama/Biden documents were discovered the week before the mid-term election and concealed until yesterday. They were in an insecure location.

The fact that Joe Biden was hiding classified documents in one location is definitely a reason to search any other location in his control.
