Biden will not be impeached.

Within our current political climate, I don't doubt that a majority of Republican house members would vote to impeach President Biden. Why Not?
Those congressional members were favored by the same foolish voters that favored Donald Trump in 2016 AND 2020.

[In 2016 and again in 2020, the majority of U.S. Voters didn't favor Donald Trump, but in 2017 the majority of USA's Electoral College members chose Donald Trump to be our president. In 2021 they chose Joseph Biden rather than re-electing President Trump. In 2020 & 2021, Republicans didn't have sufficient votes to re-elect President Donald Trump, and in 2023 through 2028 they won't have sufficient votes to impeach President Biden. Respectfully, Supposn
All it takes to impeach Biden is that the Republicans vote to impeach him. Can't be stopped. It has nothing to do with the electoral system.
A good way to size up the electoral system is to remember every state is a total government in it's own. And the electoral system is not the popular vote, but how good they do with each state.

I would rather see him criminally indicted. I wasn't a fan of the useless, kangaroo court impeachments that the democrats wasted millions on and shirked their governing duties and I wouldn't be a fan of an well-deserved impeachment by the republicans that is doomed to failure in the senate wasting more millions. Investigate him and convict beyond a reasonable doubt after he is out of office. God help us all if Kameltoe ever got in there. Women can't be happy that the first female VP is as big a disappointment as she is.

Who owned "Trump Casino"?
Who profited from Trump Casino?
Who hired the manager of Trump Casino?
The buck stops with the 'Man-in-Charge'.
Harry knew that. 70 years ago.
You should too. Today.
Again--who got charged. Who got convicted. Trump Casino. You can continue to get laryngitis while you howl at the moon, but the facts won't change.

Correct, more or less. Impeachment is a political process, not a legal one, and it can be done for any reason or no reason.

The problem, of course, is the super-narrow GOP House majority. All it would take is a half dozen Republicans who are from Biden-friendly districts, or who think it's foolish to spend all of their political capital on such a windmill-tilt. McCarthy has enough trouble keeping his cats herded as it is.

He is very very likely to be impeached.

It won’t mean dick in the long run, probably. Purely partisan politics controls the Senate. So they won’t convict Potato in any Senate trial — no matter what evidence emerges up to and including proof of guilt, ...

BackAgain, President Biden will not be impeached,
Ex-president Donald Trump has been indicted in federal and in state courts. He'll soon stand trial in a federal court. We don't know if and when he may stand trial in state courts. He'll be judged by a federal jury. We'll see how that plays out. Respectfully, Supposn

The Electoral College really sucks! It's a dinosaur! People vote - not acreage!

The whole US electoral system sucks. The Presidency should be broken down and given to multiple people too. The Swiss have a 7 person executive, it's more effective.

Biden as was Trump is bullet proof in the Senate. Given a conviction calls for removal from office, it is difficult to see why some allege that it is not legal.

Trump paid the 10 million dollar fine for money laundering.
Not for money laundering, but for poor enforcement against others who money laundered.
And it was the corporation and not Trump.

Trump is ultimately responsible.
Over what customers did at the Casino? Are you aware the casino had bankrupted earlier?

Actually the fine was much smaller.
It’s a bit of forgotten history that’s buried in federal records held by an investigative unit of the Treasury Department, records that congressional committees investigating Trump’s ties to Russia have obtained access to, CNN has learned.

The casino repeatedly failed to properly report gamblers who cashed out $10,000 or more in a single day, the government said.

Trump’s casino ended up paying the Treasury Department a $477,000 fine in 1998 without admitting any liability under the Bank Secrecy Act.
