In my opinion, Biden is trying to deflect attention from the facts, to himself by chuckling and turning his head from side to side, and giggling, to attempt to minimize what Ryan is saying. A tactic.

Funny how Biden says that he wants Afghanistan to step up, just as they required that Iraq had to step up, and he said that this is why they have to do what they are doing with these time lines in order to get them to step up, so they set this timeline of 2014 and broadcast it to the enemy as the deadline, but when it comes to America and it's economy, he supports dependency instead of wanting America to step up, yet he requires these countries to step up as they have with these times lines in which they have issued them. He said that it's the only way to make them do right and step up finally... WOW...

Ok, so he knows how to get other countries to step up with his tough talk on time lines, but yet he doesn't have a clue as to how to get America to step up instead of remaining dependent just as these nations are ? Now isn't that just amazing?

She said he kicked the little boys ass...or something close to that.
The point she made was Biden wiped the floor with the kid....

At best all I have seen since the debate was Biden and Ryan pretty much even.
Not the lopsided victory this morning show lady was glowing about this morning.
