Biden had vascular dementia, brain damage from a previous stroke, AFIB, and Parkinson's Disease which creates its own dementia. Democrats and his DRs lied about it when anyone could see his decline. Eventually his own party removed him.
Not taking a cognitive test proves he does have dementia and is covering it up.
