To be fair to seemingly senile Joe, the logo in the lower right corner says "WYFF." That's an NBC affiliate in Greenville. Greenville is in northern South Carolina, very close to the North Carolina state line. Northern South Carolina is kind of like a whole other state compared to the Low Country (southern coastal South Carolina)...
