As the saying goes, if it's there, why not use it. But it shouldn't be there. The Taxable rates for the rich should be somewhere between 29 and 37% with NO loopholes. The Rich don't pay their fair share and haven't for the last 50 years. That means that the wealthiest 20% has paid little or no taxes while everyone else has paid the taxes. And we have gotten deeper and deeper into the hole.
