'SCI' is a 'Read-In Only' program containing information considered to do GRAVE DAMAGE to the US if compromised.
Individuals who have passed background checks, have appropriate clearances, and a need to know can be given access to TS/SCI program info after being read-in to the SCI program.
When read in the individual is given a secutity brief explaining, anong other things, TS/SCI info can only be discussed in vaults / SCI-designated secure areas and only with others read-in to that same program. Discussion is never allowed outside such areas. NONE of the material is allowed outside these areas. Individuals read-in must sign a form stating they understand all of this.
When the individial leaves his job / position requiring TS/SCI and / or no longer has a need to know they are read-OUT of the program. During that time it iis explained to them from that point on (unless read-in again later) they:
- No longer have access to TS/SCI info
- Can not TALK about the TS/SCI info
- Can not communicate about it at all
- Can not have any TS/SCI info in their possession
They are told if they are found to have any they can be charged with ESPIONAGE
They must then sign a form stating they understand all of tbat.

Where was it during tbe year prior to the building / Biden's office existed?

Who had access to Biden's personal private office?
Where EXACTLY was THE TS/SCI info found in the office?
- Was it found in a location where it could not be found for 5 years?
List EVERYONE who worked in that office for those 5 years.
- Did anyone see the files?
Who was THE person who found the files?
How much time passed between when the TS/SCI files were found, when/where they were secured, and when officials were notified of the TS/SCI files heing found?
Who made the decision to hide all of this until after the midterm elections were over?
Every computer, ever drive, every piece of paper,every note, every phone record from that office needs to be collected / inspected / investigated.
Again, TS/SCI info is considered info that could cause grave harm to the United States and Americans should it be exposed. This isn't a freaking game! Its a matter of National Security.
Biden's job as President, at which he has repeatedly failed is to protect our National Security. He has, instead, continuously jeopardized it.
