There is no empirical evidence that people were contracting Covid in restaurants, gyms, or schools, but LOTS of such evidence that they are contracting it from their own family members by being confined for days with them in these so-called "lock-downs," with occasional forays to the markets or take-out places.

the SC did not vote against the claims or on the merits of the claims, they made a foolish decision to dismiss due to lack of standing claiming that Texas and the other states were not impacted by voter fraud in the other states. this fraud will not stand, this is not over.
