Wind-pumped-hydro Power Station of El Hierro - Fedarene
Find out how the Canary Island of El Hierro supplies its electrical energy from clean and renewable energy sources such as wind, and how they use their surplus wind energy to pump water from a lower reservoir at sea level!fedarene.org
I don't think you get it... They pump water up and use it as a battery... This is very common...
Here is one in Ireland
Turlough Hill Power Station - Wikipedia
en.wikipedia.org
small one in Us
As you project, you do not get it
Cowboy doesnt read his own links, just Google ones opinion and assume the Google result fits
Everything you linked to, is not being used with wind power
The second one in Ireland uses more electricity than it creates. But they fill at night when electricity is cheap then sell it when the price goes up enough to offset the loss.
Wind mostly does not blow at night. A huge problem.
You just proved my point, wind turbines are too expensive and inefficient to use as a source for electricity.
Adding solar and wind to the grid is pure stupidity
