Nowadays, most people have smart TVs, and they get a lot of information from Youtube videos, hundreds of which are about Biden's deteriorated and dangerous mental state. It's not as bad as it used to be.

The smart TV & Youtube thing is especially popular with young (18-30) people, which is possibly a factor in Biden's declined approval rating with them.
