Speaking of the autopen, I don’t believe it is illegal to use it to sign an order of pardon or commutation. But when the autopen is used, it ought to be based on the President actually approving of such orders. Potato wasn’t even around when it was used and — given his demented mental state — who says he ever knew about or approved those pardons?

My cousin died 2 weeks ago from cancer. They tried treating her, but the pain was unbearable. She died the night she went into hospice care. Much too late!
