Biden goes begging to OPEC even though the USA has a 300 year supply! Why?

The United States has the largest known deposits of oil shale in the world, according to the Bureau of Land Management and holds an estimated 2.175 trillion barrels (345.8 km3) of potentially recoverable oil.
In 2021, the United States consumed an average of about 19.78 million barrels of petroleum per day, or a total of about 7.22 billion barrels of petroleum. This was an increase in consumption of about 1.6 million barrels per day over consumption in 2020.Mar 9, 2022

2,175,000,000,000 barrels of oil in known oil in USA divided by 19,780,000 barrels per day would be a total of
19,780,000 barrels per day or
109,848 years or

300 years!

You do realize that oil prices are determined by a global market, and therefore the prices that Americans pay are going to be determined by worldwide supply and demand, right?

Stop the Polly Parroting. Poopeypants limited the US production, which went from being self sufficient to turning elsewhere for supply. The oil companies know he is trying to put an end to oil all together, so they raise the price. He let them do it, so your global bs is just that. This is all Poopeypants.

Prices are up due to the cost of fuel.... And oil is a global commodity... If we produce less than what we need then the price goes up every where.... Food and clothing and housing follows.... all over the world....

Joe did that....

You give him far too much credit

Everybody produced less in 2020 because the market prices bottomed out they are not going to go back to pre-2020 level to make you happy.

*facepalm*

Oil prices are up because of fuel prices?

No dummy... Pay attention... when the cost to ship goods rises so does the cost of those goods.... and its a global economy so prices rise all over the planet....

Even if you did (which you didn't), those are the same as Biden's and the DemoKKKrats' policies.

I did and they are not even close to the same policies. There would have been no massive spending bill, there would have been no extra COVID money, there would be no trying to limit oil production on Fed land....just to name a few
