I applaud the President and his Administration on this Executive Order. It is much needed. Working in the industry, I see the benefit and potential with private and public sector collaborating better. When politicians talk about keeping infrastructure updated, the Internet needs to be at the top of the list; especially since the Internet is an integral backbone of financial, telecommunications, utilities, and healthcare infrastructure.
