I suspect Joe Biden takes some illegal or experimental drugs when he absolutely must preform.

Hunter has extensive experience with illegal drugs so he might give advice and Joe feels Hunter is very intelligent. I’m sure Biden also might have access to experiment drugs to relieve his dementia.
