There's a very clearly worded law (18 U.S. Code § 1507) that prohibits these protests, and Joe Biden's administration has effectively told terrorists like the one who tried to murder Brett Kavanaugh that they are free to break that law without repercussions.

So the US AG & DOJ just confessed to refusing to enforce US laws to protect liberal criminal, violent, domestic terrorists....

At least they are being forthcoming / honest about it.

Aren't ALL registered Democrats free to break any laws without consequence?

At least until January.

Oh? What happens in January that would have altered that even had it been true?

Yea

it makes it illegal to yell fire in a theater, use hate speech, and doesn't protect you when you threaten SCOTUS Justices.
Hate speech is protected. Threatening justices isn’t.

Is peacefully protesting on a sidewalk protected by the first amendment? I think it is.

Why should they? No point in arresting someone if you can't get a conviction...

The part where the first amendment says the government can’t infringe on your free speech or the right to peacefully assemble.
"Restrictions on the First Amendment must satisfy a three-prong test outlined by the Supreme Court in Ward v. Rock Against Racism (1989). These are also known as "time, place and manner restrictions."

So cry me a fucking river.
