What he did, instead, went after additional funding from other budgets in the Federal Budget. And the Senate didn't say a word. Biden may be trying to recoup some of that money that was waylaid.

Now, I don't see where all that money has been spent. I wonder if there is some sooper secrit Golf Course out in the Desert somewhere.
