The DOJ should be slapped down by SCOTUS.
Some dingbat MAGA cultists recently insisted that there's a huge risk of illegal aliens voting in the 2024 election.
I'm an immigrant myself and a non-citizen and I explained that if I attempted that I'd be arrested, sent to prison, lose my green card and be denied entry to the United States for at least a decade.
They replied that it easy and there are so many loop holes, so I asked them how is it done then? what are the steps a person could in theory take to illegally cast a vote?
They all went quiet and not one of them had any idea how to cast an illegal vote.
So can you all stop lying please? stop emulating Trump and making stuff up.
So you too have absolutely no idea at all how one could vote illegally if they tried? how do you know its possible and taking place in huge numbers?Lol, Shit Lick
But the DOJ isn't an arm of the Biden/Harris administration. LOLMSN

(DOJ) announced a lawsuit against the state of Virginia for purging voter rolls on Friday. The department claims state officials violated the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) by challenging voters’ eligibility too close to the November election.
“As the National Voter Registration Act mandates, officials across the country should take heed of the law’s crystal clear and unequivocal restrictions on systematic list maintenance efforts that fall within 90 days of an election,” said Kristen Clarke, assistant attorney general in the Civil Rights Division.
In early August, Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-Va.) signed an executive order confirming there were “daily” updates to the voter list.
These updates included “compar[ing] the list of individuals who have been identified as non-citizens” by the State Department of Motor Vehicles “to the list of existing registered voters.”
Local registrars were then required to contact challenged voters to inform them they were “pending cancellation” unless they “affirm their citizenship” within 14 days.
DOJ said the process led to some Virginians’ voter registration being cancelled.
Comment:
The corrupt Democratic Party's DOJ is fighting hard to allow non-citizens to cancel-out the votes of citizens.
This is what they are calling "democracy".
This is why they have imported 30 million poor uneducated third world welfare moochers.
The Democrat Party only cares about power.
And why you might ask?MSN

Story by Ashley Oliver, Washington Examiner
The Department of Justice’s recent lawsuit against Virginia marked the second attempt in as many weeks from the federal government to stop states from cleaning their voter registration lists in the lead-up to the election.
The DOJ’s lawsuits against Virginia and Alabama came only after the department had also filed a lawsuit in Wisconsin and intervened in cases in Arizona and Ohio, an aggressive string that is illustrative of the Biden administration’s heavy hand in the voting process in the months and weeks before Election Day.
Comment:
Now why would the Democrats want to prevent the States from removing dead people, non-citizens and people who have moved from being on their voter rolls?
AG Merrick Garland is supposed to be protecting our voting rights.
This is election interference.

Why? No one ever stops them and the media remains silentThe Biden DOJ should stay out of the states voter registration.
Three weeks before the election is too close to tell people they can’t vote
And the ones who are eligible do not have time to prove itNot if the people you are telling they can't vote, aren't eligible.
And if they are? They no longer have time to clarify it or re-register. Hence the law.Not if the people you are telling they can't vote, aren't eligible.
