Second round of treason by this administration for selling America's emergency reserves to the highest bidder.
As we know, last time it was China that did the buying, and no doubt will again along with other foreign countries.
Someone explain to me how this isn't a treasonous act?

Public Law 114-255 signed under the Obama Administration directed the Dept. of Energy over a 3 year Period 2016-2018 they had to sell 25 million barrels in those three years.
Trump did not renew the law.
Now - he could have rescinded it by executive order... not sure.
The Obama admin sold 15 million. This left 1 million by law they had to sell.
