Ever heard of Bibimbap? For those who havent, since this past April its been the mission of a team of passionate Bibimbap-lovers from Korea called the Bibimbap Backpackers. Their goal is to find and feed the unaware all around the world with the healthy and tasty Korean dish. The Bibimbap Backpackers have now trekked across five continents from Beijing to Barcelona, Austria to Canada, exposing thousands along the way to Bibimbap. I envy their efforts to promote their national food.
