And no one said Syrian refugees have a ‘right’ to come to the United States, but affording them refugee status to come to the United States seeking asylum is perfectly appropriate, lawful, and consistent with the fundamental tenets of this Nation.

Persons prohibited from possessing a firearm per a background check are afforded the right to appeal any denial or delay, providing full and comprehensive due process rights to prohibited persons, in no way ‘violating’ the Second or Fifth Amendments.

FOS as usual.. THERE IS NO due process APPEAL for being on those lists. DOn't argue with me -- take it up with the ACLU or the IJ or any other rights organization..

I think immediate rejection from elected office would have been a good feature of using these lists.
Would have gotten Ted Kennedy and John Lewis out of there years ago...

Definately Freedom of Speech is in peril. Try to advocate building a wall on university campuses and you have a riot on your hands. Just watch any Milo Yannispolus Speech on You Tube.
