It isnt a set figure and in any case is not relevant to the argument here.
YOU brought up where the money came from.. Asserted that the WORKERS generated it all. But the fact is --- it's ALL NOT THEIRS TO ALLOCATE to any or all costs of doing business regardless of the SIZE of the company...
If YOU LIKE communes and Co-ops --- GO FUCKING START ONE or support them... But communes/co-ops never really mature and grow. Because they are STARVED from being competitive by "altruistic" romances....
This is about treating people as human beings who have feelings and needs. That should be factored in to corporate thinking but isnt in many cases.
Corporations and small business do a dang good job of compassion.. ESPECIALLY in tight labor markets where they have to COMPETE for the best employees... Under progressive/socialist policies you hardly EVER see a tight labor market with extreme employment numbers.. The object is to keep you fools from HOBBLING the free market enough to LET it prosper and work...
I got my 1st (major) employer to subsidize my 1st home when I moved to Silicon Valley.. Because NO ONE my age would EVER afford a home there without help... We had a Par Course, a company cabin in Lake Tahoe that slept 30 and a whole lot of pampering..
In the future, more SKILLED jobs will prevail.. And the future is SOON. And leadership should be looking at fixes for THAT KIND of labor market.. Not a 1922 model of what a "job" is or rigid definitions of positions or benefits...
