His speech in Cairo, Egypt was broadcast to any muslim with a TV (or access). Did he disqualify the extremist in his speech? No, they were included.

And what did he say exactly in that speech? Hmm?

Actually, you know what, let me enlighten you as to what was actually said in that speech about "Mulim Extremists". I happen to have a transcript handy through a magical device known as "Google":
