I agree. The Constitution makes him ineligible. Full stop.He won't be. The only influence he'll have at that point is the same influence Obama had over Quid Pro Joe.

Bannon is a walking mini Trump, confessor Mike, he tells the public, ahead of time, what Trump will do.Bannon is a patriot who at times says off the wall things. Not a chance for Trump 2028. He wouldn't run even if it were Constitutionally allowed.
Well you certainly follow Bannon and Trump closer than I do. I will only say that I do not agree with everything Trump does and says. I also know that Donald Trump says, tweets and does things to trigger those who hate him. I don't agree with that either but given what the Democrats and haters have brought upon him and his family, I'd say he is entitled to it. Just like the tease of his 3rd term.Bannon is a walking mini Trump, confessor Mike, he tells the public, ahead of time, what Trump will do.
During the 2020 election, Steve Bannon is on video telling everyone in detail, that even if Trump loses the election he's going to claim he won...and how Trump was going to do it.... well, he was pretty close to being right.
Same with 1/6 stop the steal, ahead of the event, Bannon mouthing off, was pretty much right...
It takes a political nerd like me... likely to take note of these things...but I've always been kind of anal with collecting and organizing this kind of trivia in my own head and storing it....and yes, sometimes lost forever, never to be retrieved...but not too often...
And we just have to consider what Bannon is saying...Imo...(it seems to be his own way of keeping himself relevant within the movement, telling things about Trump that appears to make him close to Trump...just my own novice psychological, analysis)
Also it is varying other suspicious moves that President Trump has taken and has said, that is supporting evidence of sorts...
As example, this was in March this year....

Trump won’t rule out seeking a third term in the White House, tells NBC News ‘there are methods’ for doing so
President Donald Trump said in a Sunday-morning phone call that he was “not joking” about a third term, adding that “it is far too early to think about it.”www.nbcnews.com
-WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump did not rule out the possibility of seeking a third term in the White House, which is prohibited by the Constitution under the 22nd Amendment, saying in an exclusive interview with NBC News that there were methods for doing so and clarifying that he was “not joking.”
“A lot of people want me to do it,” Trump said in a Sunday-morning phone call with NBC News, referring to his allies. “But, I mean, I basically tell them we have a long way to go, you know, it’s very early in the administration.”
“I’m focused on the current,” Trump added, in some of his most extensive comments to date about serving a third term.
When asked whether he wanted another term, the president responded, “I like working.”
“I’m not joking,” Trump said, when asked to clarify. “But I’m not — it is far too early to think about it.”
When asked whether he has been presented with plans to allow him to seek a third term, Trump said, “There are methods which you could do it.”
And
Him spending $300 million on a ballroom that goes to seat 999 people from a little less than 200...knowing Trump and yes, his personality disorder, and following him my whole life in the tabloids, (we lived off and on between moves to different states that dad got stationed to USAF with my grandparents in Brooklyn).....
....he would never spend his own money nor his friend's or those he can get power over, to donate to a ballroom that did not or would not benefit himself, long term....so another tell tale sign.
And the way he has funded Homeland security where its budget is larger than most all Nations in the world's defense budgets, and building detention camps for what purpose, I thought we were deporting them? And what will be done with the detention camps being built when the undocumented are gone?...while he repetitively, (brainwash worthy) calls us democrats 'enemies from within',
and he tests the waters putting the military on our streets for domestic law enforcement purpose and people being snatched up and some battered by his ICE masked and unidentified agents as if it is all normal and okay is another way of getting accustomed to one day, when he orchestrates his own Self Coup de'tat, he will put his so called enemies from within, in the detention camps.... can not be ruled out by this vengeful and vindictive man....
And then spending a billion dollars of our tax monies ...spending them on retrofitting the Qatari gift that he illegally took, to make it in to an Air Force One, palace in the sky....I mean, come on....for him to put it in his Presidential Library???? Really, one has to ask?
And the way he is challenging every power of his in court and on a mission of diminishing our voices and power through Congressional representation of we the people...it's setting up, his extended stay....imo.
Then he will dive headfirst into a Georgia courtroom for his criminal trial.Bannon is a patriot who at times says off the wall things. Not a chance for Trump 2028. He wouldn't run even if it were Constitutionally allowed.
Nailed it.Well you certainly follow Bannon and Trump closer than I do. I will only say that I do not agree with everything Trump does and says. Who Bannon? Then he will dive headfirst into a Georgia courtroom for his criminal trial.
If you play dumb for too long, you forget to stop.Who Bannon?
If he's still alive and his ailments haven't gotten to him, he shows all signs of not leaving....in 2028, and absolutely nothing will stop him from tearing this country apart to keep himself in power....you can mark my words on that....and I will humbly take the beating, if I am wrong 3 years from now!Well you certainly follow Bannon and Trump closer than I do. 3 years from now his supporters will be expecting him to leave and he will not have enough support to stay. Two terms, that's it, go home and play with your grandchildren. If he's still alive and his ailments haven't gotten to him, he shows all signs of not leaving....in 2028, and absolutely nothing will stop him from tearing this country apart to keep himself in power....you can mark my words on that....and I will humbly take the beating, if I am wrong 3 years from now!
In three years he will be in a wheelchair drooling all over himself.3 years from now his supporters will be expecting him to leave and he will not have enough support to stay. Two terms, that's it, go home and play with your grandchildren.
If that's the case, JD will be running as the incumbent, with all the advantages thereof. Is that what you really want?In three years he will be in a wheelchair drooling all over himself.
Couch humper would be more stable, but incumbent VPs usually get their ass kicked now. The last one who won was what - Bush I? That was almost forty years ago.If that's the case, JD will be running as the incumbent, with all the advantages thereof. Is that what you really want?
Democrats had better find some stronger candidates if they want to attempt that. You're also conflating VP with incumbent president. Give JD two years, for example, as president and he's no VP running on the former president's coattails.Couch humper would be more stable, but incumbent VPs usually get their ass kicked now. The last one who won was what - Bush I? That was almost forty years ago.
The 22nd Amendment stops Trump from running for a third term. He will step aside and be a very active ex-President. Ditto for me if I am wrong 3 years from now.If he's still alive and his ailments haven't gotten to him, he shows all signs of not leaving....in 2028, and absolutely nothing will stop him from tearing this country apart to keep himself in power....you can mark my words on that....and I will humbly take the beating, if I am wrong 3 years from now!
