On government property, whether state, federal, or county - the only flags flying should be that of the US Flag, State, Historical flags, or government flags. Flags of partisan organizations (Left or Right), LGBT movements, or Foreign flags should be BANNED. Simple. The Government serves the American people, not the interests of a partisan movement, no matter who it is. At least that is how it should be. When it comes to private property, fly whatever you want, but not on Government Property.

You still haven't gotten it into your thick little skull that not all speech is covered by the 1st amendment. I showed you the list of speech NOT covered. All of them have one thing in common. They are in violation of U S law.

Since you foam at the mouth at the mere mention of the Constitution, try reading Article 6 Clause 2 which states "This Constitution AND THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES shall be the Supreme Law of the land." Get it ?
