California Proposition 22 (2000) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia15 years ago?!? It was 2010! Just a few short years ago. My word are you a pathological liar.But...but...California voted against it 15 years ago
You forgot to add "illegally used the courts" - because the federal government (of which the Supreme Court is a part of) has 0 authority over marriage. They had no legal grounds to even hear the case. And you fascist democrats used the courts to get you way because you couldn't otherwise force the people to agree with you....
In your opinion....where did you get your Constitutional Law degree again? You forgot to add "illegally used the courts" - because the federal government (of which the Supreme Court is a part of) has 0 authority over marriage. It wasn't Proposition 22, liar. It was Proposition 8. Will you admit you are a liar now?California Proposition 22 (2000) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia15 years ago?!? It was 2010! Will you apologizing to rightwinger now?
Quote the "left in the biological reasoning" from Loving. If they can convince the court like gays did.....let themWhich works deliciously well now for family and multi partner marriage with the exclussion of "one man to one woman"
It was a long road
Made far easier because the arguments are now set in stone by the courts.
It will take far less time now thanks to gays.
You might as well thank interracial marriage.....they laid the legal groundwork
But Loving left in the biological reasoning of "one man to one woman"
See the compelling state reason why family members were denied. Hmmmm Einstein?
Or has no one taught you the birds and the bees?
And you fascist democrats used the courts to get you way because you couldn't otherwise force the people to agree with you....All polls are biased in a away, due to the nature of how people react to questions, and how polls are conducted.
It also doesn't ask how people think the legalization should be achieved.
Repeated polls have all indicated that a majority of Americans now support gay marriage
Do you agree?
Polls that asked the very specific question about the SCOTUS ruling show a majority in favor of the ruling so they are okay with HOW it was legalized.
Poll: Majorities back Supreme Court rulings on marriage, Obamacare
But...but...California voted against it 15 years ago
Yes, just like we did for Loving v Virginia.![]()
"The poll is biased" in your opinion.
While I agree on the trends, the poll is biased due to the use of the words legal and illegal. People will skew towards the happy word rather than the unhappy word.
Not enough to change the trends, but enough to skew it a few percentage points in both directions.

No fair, it's a trick question. Honestly, it's like they pound square pegs into round holes and ask who says it's wrong?Quote the "left in the biological reasoning" from Loving. If they can convince the court like gays did.....let them

"One man to one woman". There is only one biological process that can be accomplished by that coupling of biological units that can't be accomplished by same sex.
Care to hazard a guess what that might be?
I'm still trying to figure out WHY they are so opposed to baking a cake for a homosexual wedding? It's just business. I don't understand how you can treat other people like that either.

And frankly - if I was a baker, I would make the cake. Why lose out on the business?I'm still trying to figure out WHY they are so opposed to baking a cake for a homosexual wedding? It's just business. I don't understand how you can treat other people like that either.
Agree...it does seem rather petty for a peripheral service
So you realize that you progressives are acting like Nazis but you continue to do it anyway? It is the haters who try to force government to enforce their hatred that are the fascists. Kind of like what the Nazis did to the Jews

"The poll is biased" in your opinion.Which statistics would those be?

He does. But the Bible also rejects homosexuality. And it's not a lack of kindness nor a lack of dignity to politely say "thanks...but no thanks - this violates my faith" when asked to bake a cake for a gay wedding.Because it violates their faith ChrisL.I'm still trying to figure out WHY they are so opposed to baking a cake for a homosexual wedding? I think, if there's a God, he would want us to treat others with kindness and dignity. They are your brothers and sisters.
