Unless the government is going to make your business tax exempt they have no business telling you who you can serve or not.Personally I support the repeal of Public Accommodation laws. There is something wrong when a religious baker can refuse service based on the customers being gay but a gay business owner cannot refuse service because of the customers religion. In once case its illegal in about 21 states, on the other it's illegal in all 50 states. Wanna bet which is which?
But homosexuals aren't being denied for being gay, people get confused over that. It's the forcing someone to serve or make a product they find objectionable. That's too USSR for me.
Was the cake they wanted the baker to bake obscene or something?
Can a shop specializing in baking cakes object to baking a cake for a gay wedding?
Yep. In some states.
I think we need to amend the Federal PA laws.
