1. Mike knew the vote count, but then one more democrat showed up. Mike has a razor thin majority to work with. He's doing just fine.

2. Pelosi competent? "We need to pass it so we can see what's in it" Pelosi? She had a majority that voted in lock-step. Not the crazies that Mike needs to whip into a majority.

Indictments require presenting irrefutable evidence with a layman’s understanding about the violation of law and in all three criminal cases the evidence applied to existing law and presented to a grand jury where the majority decided to indict.
