This nails Trump's case. Besides, signing major documents by autopen is unconstitutional. The real question is, who was pushing through these pardons? It sure wasn't Biden doing all that strategic thinking.

"“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” investigators wrote."

Here is research for you - no one pardoned by Biden is serving time, or is still being prosecuted, for that federal crime.
