If I was a bum in one of your Liberal Utopias, I'd put up my tent in front of Starbucks. They allow the Homeless to use their bathrooms without buying anything. Further, a lot of wealthy libs out there with Change to Spare.

What the homeless really need to do is to demand that the politicians provide them with Square readers. A lot of generous libs might want to give but don't carry around their Spare Change.
